These are a few photos of landscape watercolors I’ve done. They were exercises from a Judith Campbell book on learning watercolors. The rocks are hard for me. I did about fifteen before there were even a few I was happy with. The tree was particularly fun though. It required the use of a sea sponge and lovely fall colored pigment.
Wildwood Baby’s the most impressive though, with her knack for wild and free use of color on a washed out landscape.
